When ASC hosts races there is a great deal of behind-the-scenes planning.  We very much need our members help with planning our 2018/19 winter race calendar. Some logistics we will be starting the process for include...

*Obtaining permits for races.

*Contacting donors for prizes.

*Finding volunteers to help our events run smoothly.

You do not have to be experienced in any of these areas to help...just wiliing and reliable! The more we can divide up the work the better.
